WHAT IS THE ROADMAP TO BETTER VETERINARY VISITS MEMBERSHIP?

A step-by-step program to help make veterinary visits less stressful for you and your dog.

When our dogs struggle at the vet, we struggle too.

As time goes by and each visit gets more stressful, it can become difficult to get them timely and thorough medical care.

Figuring out how to help them or even where to start can feel daunting.

The good news is, we can help make these experiences far less stressful for them.

All dogs, no matter their age, behavior, or background, can have better veterinary experiences. In fact, they deserve it.

Really really loved and appreciated being able to join this program! I wasn’t even aware that there could even be coaching and support for taking my dog to the vet before this! Taking this program was so informative and empowering! My dog and I still have a long way to go in order for her to feel more comfortable at the vet, but for the first time I feel like I understand the path ahead of us and feel so much more confident and comfortable advocating for my dogs needs and setting up our vet visits for success as much as possible…Thank you so much for offering this program and for always been so accessible and responsive to our(/my) many questions! I think having the discussion boards and coaching calls is a big part of what takes this course from good to great (or great to even better!).

After watching the videos, completing the handouts gave me an opportunity to reflect on our experiences and to start incorporating what we learned in the modules. Really enjoyed the Zoom calls as well to have any questions answered, and appreciated the recordings being posted afterwards for the times I wasn’t able to attend. Thank you for creating this course!

This was a great experience. Having multiple formats (videos, worksheets, live calls) suited my learning style. Jenny is genuine, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciated connecting with other dog owners who struggle with the same issues as me. The worksheets helped solidify the learning and put theory into practice. They also provided me with comfort when I was in the moment, whether making a call to the vet or preparing for an upcoming visit. The Zoom calls were helpful for getting personalized suggestions and making me feel like I wasn’t the only dog parent with vet issues. It was also nice to have a way to communicate that wasn’t just the discussion board since I prefer talking to typing. [The] program really helped me develop confidence with advocating for what Amador needs.

I really loved the program and found it super helpful. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst but I sometimes struggle to transfer certain aspects over to my dog’s behavior… I really liked the visuals and examples provided…[Jenny] is really passionate, caring, and knowledgeable! This really comes through during the videos and the couple live meetings I was able to attend.
I found the handouts and resources provided to be very helpful (FAS scale, resources on body language and how to assess our dog). The examples of questions we can ask the vet when advocating for our dog was so valuable. It can be intimidating to ask the vet for accommodations because I wasn’t always sure or what to ask, but having the examples is so helpful in planning for and during our visits...Thank you for offering this program and I really appreciate the knowledge and feedback you share. I wanted to invest in this course not only to help my dog but I knew this would be so valuable future animals in my care.
