Cancellation and refund policy


PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAMS AND FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS: No refunds will be provided for training programs once they’ve begun or for completed training sessions.

In the event that you need to cancel a program before completing the initial consult, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a program and within at least 48 hours of the initial consult if scheduled.

A $200 non-refundable deposit fee, as well as the credit card transaction fee will be applied to your refund. No refunds will be provided more than 7 days after the purchase of a program.

When cancelling or rescheduling an individual session, please provide 48-hour notice. There is a $150 fee for first time cancellations with less than 48-hour notice. All subsequent cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will incur the full session fee.

All program sessions must be completed within one calendar year of purchase.

LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSES: Online classes are non-refundable. A one-time credit transfer to the next round of class can be provided if you need to cancel within seven days of the class start date.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Digital products, including downloads and webinars are non-refundable.

PROMOTIONAL AND LIMITED TIME OFFERS: Promotional and limited time offers are non-refundable.

***Due to our service provider’s policy change starting on 4/11/23 the credit card transaction fee will be deducted from all credit card refunds.
